Status update, May 2026

Hey everyone, and welcome back.

Site rework

I finally started reworking my site, it is now built with zig zine. For now it won against Bagatto and Haunt as well as a few others I might still give a try. The big disadvantage is that some of the old posts are gone for now until I convert them to SuperMD and fix their static URLs.

Git forges

There is a lot to be said about the current state of Github, and smarter people than me have already talked about it at length so I will skip right to the point: I have also started to very slowly migrate away from Github. I am not quite sure where to. Codeberg and Sourcehut will do for now and I do host my own git server for private projects.
